Taking a quick peek through the theater's very long history on IBDB, the longest-running production was a transfer of Ain't Misbehavin', which played its final 11 months there from 1981-82.

I'm a bit of a NPH lover.
He he was my first Hedwig experience and I loved it. He blew me away. He just seems like a genuinely great person and a lot of fun. His family is adorable. He never comes off as pretentious or unappreciative of his fame.
He's an A+ kinda guy and I'm a big fan.

I'll chime in with some love for his wonderful performances in Assiassins, All My Sons, Clara's Heart, Proof, Cabaret and Rent, which were not what you'd call highly comedic. I wish I'd seen him as Romeo at The Old Globe and as Tobias in San Francisco, which proably weren't bad performances either. He's extremely versatile. Both he and David work very hard and if they want to spend some of their money on a nice home or a birthday party, so be it. I'll also bet you that the payment they received for that London Fog Christmas campaign did not go into their own coffers.

And good on them if it did!

"I wish I'd seen him...as Tobias in San Francisco"
There's a professional video of that performance, which you can buy on DVD!

" Davids early departure from the broadway show ( after so publicly commenting that they were moving back to NYC so that David can resume his broadway career) and then posting pics on instagram of them vacationing making it obvious there was nothing wrong with him..."
Just a word about this - I was of this same mindset about Burtka and thought he got kind of bored being a show that wasn't doing very well and wanted to spend his summer doing something more fun. Then a couple of weeks ago I saw him and NPH perform together in Provincetown. There is definitely something wrong with his voice. He actually sang beautifully for much of the night, but there were times when his voice would drop out completely - like it does when you have laryngitis. It would happen sometimes in the middle of a song and would last a measure or two, then his voice would resurface. There's definitley something going on there.
On another note, I've run across MANY Hedheads who didn't love Neil's performance, but I've never met one who didn't acknowledge that his casting was the reason this run happened at all and was a huge reason it was able to go for so long.

Need? There is no "need" for any appreciation thread, anymore than there is any "need" for a Broadway Message Board in the first place.

I was confused by David's sudden and quiet departure from It Shoulda Been You and thought perhaps it was more than vocal rest but listening to the cast album you can tell something happened to his voice. Like SDV, it is very hoarse and similar to a person with laryngitis. It really sucks because I can imagine he was really excited to be back on Broadway and making a name for himself.

I don't think you will find one, either. This is a recently invented straw man argument that only is only mentioned prior to it being debunked, and then the follow-up conversations focus more on the debunking than the untrue statements that led to it.

If I unpack debunked, won't the next step just be explaining the straw man, though?

The only reason I knew the hag posted was by reading haterobics quoted message.
Other than that I cannot see when she or her evil twin posts. And I like it that way. Thank you very much.
Again, glad to know she still cares to pay attention to me.
That is as it should be.
It's hilarious how she and her evil twin think that I don't have them blocked when I do.

Don't fret on my account. Arguing with Carlos is like arguing with a sentient dust mop. It expends no energy, mental or otherwise.
