Posted: 12/19/18 at 6:24amHas anyone done the stage door at Network? I’m taking my brother to see the show and he is a huge Bryan Cranston fan, and I feel like it would just really make the experience for him if he got to get a picture with Cranston.

Only thing I noticed when i walked past it was that it seemed like a very tiny space blocked off, so I'd get out there quick. Unless they expand it a bit once the house is emptied...

I've seen signed Playbills from that show, so he definitely comes out and signs. Not sure about taking pictures, but I wouldn't count on it - I know a lot of times when really famous actors stage door they don't do pictures to save time. I'll let someone else confirm or deny that for sure, though. (EDIT: Yes he does.)
He doesn't come out at all after a matinee on a two-show day (that's when I went and was informed of this by the security person).

Cranston is about as fan-friendly as they come (for his level of fame). He’s very generous with his time - he signs, shakes hands, and even chats with people. Not only does he pose for photos, his assistant will actually take the picture for you on your phone so that it isn’t a shaky selfie.
Tatiana Maslany and Tony Goldwyn both come and both are cool with photos

When I went, they made an announcement that he would only sign show merch, presumably in an effort to avoid that issue. From what I could tell, the crowd was mainly (if not entirely) made up of fans. I didn’t see any autograph hounds, though there might have been some that’s I didn’t notice.
It’s definitely crowded, but civilized

Posted: 12/19/18 at 9:55amTatiana, Tony, and Bryan all came out and were very friendly (they came out in that order), Bryan's assistant takes the photos for you. Aside from some pushing from people in the back it was a very pleasant stage door experience.

I was there last night and they did come out in that order. Tatiana came out pretty quickly and was lovely. She signed and took pics. Tony was great and did the same. As the previous poster mentioned, Bryan’s assistant takes your photo for you which is great because it isnt a rushed selfie. Bryan was extremely gracious and talkative to all that were waiting. There was quite a crowd last night. He signed his book and the Playbill for me. They announce that he will only sign show related memorabilia and his book. It was a great stage door experience with a big but very behaved crowd. Definitely recommend doing it if you can stay after the show!

Any updates, especially as the weather has been colder? I'm going tonight

Been there several times, Bryan WILL NOT sign anything that isn't show related, and that includes stuff from Breading Bad, movies, etc. If it isn't network, it doesn't get signed.

Okay, so for tonight, Tony Goldwyn, Joshua Boone, and Nick Wyman all came out and signed within the first 20 minutes. We waited for Cranston and he came out about 10pm (latest that ever does).
Cranston signed everything, was remarkably friendly, and we could take pictures OF him, specifically because tonight was really freaking cold.
As others have said, he only signs show related stuff and his book.
For those curious, Tatiana Maslany usually dips out quickly and runs for it. Nobody knew she even left until the door guy said she was long gone about 30 minutes ago

I have a friend seeing this in March, and she was wondering as to where the location of the stage door is for this? We're unfamiliar with this particular theater.

I saw it way back in November for a Sunday matinee, and he did come out and sign/take pictures.

Sorry to bump this, but was just curious if Tatiana signed recently. I’m seeing it tomorrow.
Thanks!

Bumping this...I am going to see Network tomorrow at 3pm. My Dad is a huge Bryan Cranston fan and while we never expect to meet anyone, I know this would make his day! I've seen several photos of people with Bryan on instagram and noticed that they're always taken in the same location. Can anyone report on the stage door lately? If he comes out, is it a situation where he stands in one place and people go to him for the photo? Doesn't look too crowded? Any recent insight would be appreciated!

Posted: 5/25/19 at 11:56amIt’s extremely orderly. I saw it on American Easter Sunday. There’s a line behind the barrier. It can get long but it moves fast. Cranston has his own pen and he has an assistant who will use your phone to take a picture. You leave right after.

Taking my nephew for the final show on Saturday night. Since it's the last show I was wondering if anyone knows if the cast usually comes out to the stage door for final shows. I know its not part of the job, but Bryan Cranston is his favorite actor and Network was the only play he wanted to see during our trip and I know he would love the opportunity to meet him and the entire cast.
