New York trip cancelled: how to sell my Kinky Boots tickets?

SO upset that my trip to NY was cancelled, We paid Telecharge for GREAT seats ( Kinky Boots) This Friday Nov 6th.  We were to pick them up at will call by showing a credit card to box office. Since we cannot be there in person to pick them up, and Ticket master is not helping us at all. We have to show our credit card at Box Office in order to get the TIX but we will not be there to do it. So we seem to not be able to resell it either. Any help would be appreciated. Going to call the box office too.

Sorry to hear your trip is cancelled. Call telecharge, and explain your situation. They're usually VERY helpful. Ticketmaster can't be of any help since they didn't sell you the tickets.

Just to make sure, you are trying to sort this out with Telecharge NOT Ticketmaster? You can usually exchange for a future date easily if you know when you might be back in NYC?

Unfortunately it is Ticketmaster that Kinky Boots is being sold on now. Jucamcyn has switched their shows from Telecharge to Ticketmaster for whatever reason. Just means worse customer service.

And it's not all of their shows. GGLAM and BOM are still on Telecharge

I never had to show my card or ID to pick up my tickets.

There is a special Broadway number for Ticketmaster that is better than calling the normal line. Just find the number on any show website that uses Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster also lets you transfer tickets to a different name, typically, on their website.

 

But probably best to work with the Jujamcyn people in this thread!
