Nope. I would believe that the Nederlander Organization may be taking on tenants that they shouldn't. I believe in fact. Jinxes are for 8 year olds. Move Book of Mormon there and I doubt it will fail
"Well the show is at the Neil Simon so I won't see it!"
Really? Really?
Book is a known entity and , for some reason, has gotten rave reviews. Your argument is a non starter. We are talking about shows opening @ a theater & not hit shows transferring to another one
Rather than go back and forth , let us agree to disagree to all those who disagree. No need anyone getting their panties in a knot over it.
Roxy thinks of this as more of a pronouncement board. At the first signs of a discussion, where a contrary opinion is proffered, he shuts it down.
Roxy. Let's agree to disagree. You are right - my slight deviation from opening to transferring is far less rational than a jinx
Possibly one of these musicals planned for next season:
Amazing Grace
Flashdance
Nutty Professor
Tuck Everlasting
The First Wives Club
Broadway Legend Joined: 3/16/06
I imagine Disney will want to bring Shakespeare in Love to Broadway but not until much later in the year. The Simon might be an option but I imagine they'll probably go for the Brooks Atkinson, Rodgers or Nederlander if they're available.

Please tell me there's something more interesting to look forward to.
Nutty only due to the fact it is Hamlisch's last score
The rest - feh
