Woohoo! I know some people are still waiting to hear it on Playbill, but this is enough confirmation for me. Well, that plus the fact that the director was telling people in the lobby.
Oh right. Michael Grief is back at the show. Would that be a signal that there's more to come? I saw him at both shows yesterday and he seemed to still be in 'work' gear, shuttling back and forth from the dressing rooms and huddling with staff of the theater.
"Who's crazy? The one who can't cope? Or maybe, the one who still hopes?"

Fantastic news. This DC cast was so perfect. Can't wait to hear "Superboy and the Invisible Girl" and "I'm Alive" on disc!!!

That's exciting! I just hope this doesn't mean the end of the show, for good

This news just made my day...and I agree with WAT on those two songs in particular (in addition to I Miss The Mountains and Light).

I hope they record and include the cut songs as a bonus.

Bittersweet.
As excited as I am for a cast recording, I was just so NOT a fan of this cast. If d'Arcy James and Somers came back to do it, I would be pretty much the happiest person around.
Also, can we please use the 2st version of 'Just Another Day' and throw back in 'Feeling Electric"?
please.

I actually like the Arena cast better than the second stage. I love brian and all but bobby is a better choice for dan.

Well, I have heard lots about this show, and even though I haven't seen it I am really excited for the recording.
Rant, Wickud, Rant, Wickud, Rant! We're not gonna pay Rant! 'Cause everythink is Wickud!

I just feel the score works so much better with Brian's voice. You can tell if you saw the Arena version that J. Robert Spencer has to use the LuPone vibrato technique utilizing the lower jaw.
On a happy note, I'm glad Sh-K-Boom is doing this. Hopefully we can expect a full recording with 2-discs to cover the almost two hours of music.

This is great news. The show closed before I had a chance to see it, but the buzz on here had me very curious to see it. Now at least I'll get to hear it.

This show really intrigued me (I didn't see it). Thank you to Sh-K-Boom! I think having this could be a really great learning experience.

How exciting! I can't wait!
I hope though, if there ever is a Broadway transfer, that they don't just say, "Oh, well we already have a recording..."

I'd trust a fanpage over a poster with incorrect spelling any day. But that's just me.

umm Here I Am, the "article" links to the myspace fan page for "more information" and the link to sh-k-boom has no information about N2N.
as I've said since the first "announcement" happened a week ago or so, we heard ALL OF THIS BACK DURING THE 2ST RUN, so I'll wait til i see it on playbill.

Is this directed at me? cause there's nothing wrong with my spelling.

^ Agreed. Wait for something official on either Playbill OR Sh-K-Boom's website.
