So, basically, it's going to take someone getting killed and the threat of a lawsuit before the powers-that-be take this seriously?
Alice Ripley is right. This is shameful.

It means that patrons who held tickets for that show will be given equivalent seats for "A Little Night Music" during performances when Elaine Stritch is on vacation.

I'm seeing the show next Wednesday. If I get drunk enough beforehand, I might just be inspired enough to put on my bike helmet before going to the show. The tickets are for the orchestra after all.... Maybe it'll be the start of a bold new fashion statement.

He actually has 4, 3 for Kraven (Kevin Aubin, Daniel Curry, and Ari Loeb) and 1 for Meeks (Kyle Post)

Several years ago, one of the pole walkers in Mystere fell to his death during a performance. The show continued to run shortly thereafter (not the same day, of course). I find it odd that it hasn't been mentioned until now. Probably because nobody found a way to blame Taymor for it.
Yet.
