Once Upon A Mattress...Sutton Foster Acrobatics!

I searched and couldn't find the answer to this ridiculous question. So, here it goes. Does anyone know if Sutton Foster has ever had a close call or has fallen off the mattresses when she is flipping around on top of the tall pile of them in Once Upon a Mattress? I saw the show last week in L.A. and all I could think about is how carefree she seemed so high up on stage and whether she had ever fallen. Tried searching the board and on the internet but no answers. Inquiring minds... :)

I was reading an interview a few months ago when this topic came up. It's very choreographed and she talked about how aware of her body she is and she promised her Dad she wouldn't fall. Ha. And she clearly never did since it would have been talked about. 

She did fall and throw her back out during the end of act one of Sweeney Todd but was able to go on due to their on site physical therapist.

Things happen but I never worried about her for a second up there. She's a trained dancer and knows the deal 🙂

The bed never made me nervous but the grapes did! Wondered if she ever got choking on one or all 20 she shoves in her mouth. I loved that moment tho. Very Carol Burnett. ❤️

I honestly had the same thought when I saw it a couple weeks ago.  Those mattresses are pretty high of the ground.  But I also get nervous when actors dance on chairs and tables.
