I don't believe the LIVE from Lincoln Center is put online. It is my understanding (through something I read from another poster here a while back) is that they are only allowed to show it twice. Like I said it's my memory and something someone else posted so it could be entirely incorrect.

The Marvin Hamlisch tribute is online. I believe they do get put up now. Don't expect a DVD release though.

Having said that...make an exception, PBS. Put this on DVD, puhleeeeeez! It was fabulous!

I did too. It's a big bitchfest on ATC regarding this concert, but f*ck 'em, I loved it.

There were a few vocal and staging flubs I noticed. But your can't have live theatre without those things, so I say embrace them.

I just loved their choice of songs, and everyone up there, not to mention K&E. Any flaws went over my head.

Very good tribute in a gorgeous setting....just goes to show the difference between a star and a singer with good pipes. Chita and Joel were phenomenal in their 80's and they both looked fantastic. Marin looked and sounded great but Danieley is so wooden...he hits the money notes but has very little else going on...that bit of him ringing the bell in Ring Them Bells was unnecessary cause he didnt add anything to the song but try to look cute and it didnt work. It was hard for Marin to create a character in Class and she came across as lost for something to bring to the comedy of the song. An enjoyable hour.

I was waiting eagerly for for both "Maybe this Time" and "I don't care much" and was really excited at the gender switch on those songs. I think Jason's voice has become so polished over the years.

I need help with the name of the songs sung (I think) by Jason. I don't remember anything more about it other than there were lyrics about "working at the Hilton Hotel" or something related to the Hilton. I am only familiar with some of the Kander and Ebb musicals, and was only listening, not watching this closely. Anybody know which song this is?

I will say that I found the All That Jazz arrangement to be awkward. Not because of Chita, but just because of the way they arranged it for the performance.

I love Jason. He was mesmerizing in NEXT TO NORMAL. He has a glorious voice. Sorry, I'm biased.

I was explaining to my mate last night while we watched that I would have killed to watch that glorious husband/wife team performing the N2N material. Sounds like you were fortunate enough to see it. JEALOUS!!!!!

I was so thrilled to hear Jason sing "I Miss the Music" again. Besides the fact the concert should have been an hour longer, I can't find any flaws in it. I loved every second of it.

It should have been longer

Enjoyed hearing song from The Visit and hope it eventually get to Broadway or off.

Not crazy about Joel's tailor though.

I watched it this afternoon (it was on at 12:30 on my local PBS channel) and thought it was a fantastic show. I thought Marin killed "Ring Them Bells" I saw her in N2N and Carrie the Musical so it was nice to see her having fun! I loved her dress and I love when she sings with her husband. Of course Chita and Joel were also fantastic! A terrific show all around!
