According to a video on Instagram (and also knowledge I’ve had to sit on), PURLIE VICTORIOUS will be getting a pro-shot for, I believe, PBS.
They are filming it today and over the next few performances.

I was thinking this show would be well suited for a pro shot (or even a tour a la Leon's production of A Soldier's Play). Totally excited to be able to see this again.
A proshot being available might also pump up its odds at the Tonys.

The sign in that video says Great Performances: Purlie Victorious, so your assumption that it’s PBS would be correct. Good for them!

To be honest, I was less enthralled by this production than a lot of people were. But, I am ALWAYS happy to see a proshot get made and maybe this proshot will be a second chance for me to enjoy this show more.
