I could be wrong, but I think those are the only two ever released which is a hell of a lot more than most shows get. The Mary Martin is the definitive version to me, though.

On DVD I have:

PETER PAN - 1924 silent black and white film starring Betty Bronson
PETER PAN - 1953 Disney animated film
PETER PAN - original 1955 LIVE black & white telecast starring OBC (Mary Martin)
PETER PAN - 1956 LIVE black & white telecast starring OBC (Mary Martin)
PETER PAN - 1960 Goodtimes Video color (Mary Martin)
PETER PAN - 1976 new musical adaptation starring Mia Farrow and Danny Kaye
PETER PAN - 1980 Broadway revival starring Sandy Duncan
PETER PAN - 1997 Broadway revival starring Cathy Rigby, which aired on A&E

in addition to the films HOOK (1991), RETURN TO NEVERLAND (2002), and PETER PAN (2003) amongst others.

"The Spectacle has, indeed, an emotional attraction of its own, but, of all the parts, it is the least artistic, and connected least with the art of poetry. For the power of Tragedy, we may be sure, is felt even apart from representation and actors. Besides, the production of spectacular effects depends more on the art of the stage machinist than on that of the poet."

CapnHook, that's quite a collection! Where on earth did you get copies of the Farrow and the Duncan?

I'd actually recommend the silent version for anyone who's a true devotee. The nursery scenes are a wonderful indication of what the original production was like. And the mermaids are a hoot.

There are also some glimpses of a re-creation of the original production in the BBC series "The Lost Boys," a lovely telling of the story of Barrie and the Llwellyn-Davies boys, who inspired "Peter Pan" (and far more accurate than "Finding Neverland."

That BBC series was recently released onto DVD a few years ago. I *HIGHLY* recommend that!! You don't get the charm of the Depp/Winslet film, but you do get a more non-fiction film and its nearly 100% accurate to their real lives.
