When the show was in previews, was the first song - The boy next door - and then they changed it?

Yes, I think they decided that "All the lives of me" was a more appropriate introduction to the show.

Cary was on the RENT poster as Roger even when he was in TABOO. Seems like he has been the "official" look of roger for over a year now. (Look for the dark hair Roger)
