Yes, I think they decided that "All the lives of me" was a more appropriate introduction to the show.

"Quiet Please, There's A Lady On Stage" didn't fade off, it stopped aburptly after Isabel Keating left the stage and Hugh Jackman began to introduce the next scene.

Cary was on the RENT poster as Roger even when he was in TABOO. Seems like he has been the "official" look of roger for over a year now. (Look for the dark hair Roger)
