Yes, let's build more theatres in the Theater District because there's SO much room. While I do agree that Studio 54 definitely isn't the most enlightening house in the Theater District, it's clear that, like you were trying to imply, there aren't enough theatres open for some of these plays. I'm still trying to figure out why nothing has snatched up the Lyceum for the fall, but what I do know? Broadway real estate at its finest; famous quotes from Field of Dreams will not change that.
