I may have room for one more show, so please make recommendations. Note: Aladdin was a compromise in order to add The Ferryman.Â
The Ferryman
Aladdin
To Kill a Mockingbird
Tootsie
Prom
Network
Current shows we've already seen on previous trips: Hamilton, Dear Evan Hansen, Come From Away, Mean Girls (DC), Waitress, My Fair Lady, Book of Mormon, Kinky Boots, Beautiful, The Band's Visit.
So you had to add Aladdin to the list in order to see Ferryman? Can't see one without the other?
The list looks good! I personally wasn't a huge fan of Aladdin but by no means is it a bad show in my opinion. Have fun!

I’d add either the Cher show or Hadestown.
I don’t think I would recommend Aladdin. Personally

Correct. My other half has been wanting to see Aladdin for several years and did not want to see Ferryman. We agreed that if we did Aladdin, we would also do the Ferryman. I REALLY wanted to see The Ferryman, so will gladly see Aladdin if that's what it takes.

Fair enough!
If you have the extra space I'd recommend either Beetlejuice or Hadestown.

Glad you’re going to see THE PROM. Saw it two weeks ago and LOVED it. It’s definitely a sleeper hit. I hope more people see it because it’s so much fun. We laughed a lot and had fun. Have you seen Wicked? I liked it a lot more than I expected.

Silly me. I forgot Wicked was still on Broadway. Yes, I've seen that one too many times already. So looking forward to THE PROM.
How about Hillary and Clinton with Laurie Metcalf and John Lithgow? I've never seen Aladdin, and probably never will. It is great that your theatre friend and you compromised.
I loved The Ferryman.

Oklahoma!?
I didn’t see it at St. Ann’s, but that’s the one I’m really looking forward to based on the reception it got...
I don’t see the dates of your trip listed so I’ll limit my suggestions to shows that are already playing:
#1 Fiddler on the Roof in Yiddish
#2 Kiss Me, Kate.
Okay, I see you’re seeing Tootsie so that means Oklahoma! and Hadestown will already be playing. Those plus Tootsie are high up on my wish list. So are a bunch of plays including King Lear, but I’m guessing if The Ferryman was almost a no-go for your bf so would they.
There seems to be a lot of people who sell their Harry Potter tickets, if you had a day to do both.
If not I'd say Hadestown. Gary might be good as well with Nathan Lane and Andrea Martin
skip Aladdin...ZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzz don't miss and see TOOTSIE !

So you saw it once?

We added HadesTown and were able to get amazing seats through audience rewards. :)
Final schedule (it's finally here!):
Tuesday, April 23 | The Ferryman
Wednesday, April 24 | HadesTown and Aladdin
Thursday, April 25 | To Kill a Mockingbird | 9/11 Museum | Dinner at Joe Allen
Friday, April 26 | Tootsie | Dinner at Del Frisco's (one of our favorites)
Saturday, April 27 | The Prom and Network
What other dining should we consider for pre-theatre dinner? We are staying at the Hyatt Centric. We both pretty much love anything, but would rather not eat Mexican before a show. :)

There's no way. We are seeing 7 shows in 5 days. lol
Before Network, try Sen Sakana. It’s just down the street. $49 four-course prix fixe including tip. Amazingly flavorful Peruvian/Japanese fusion.
I’ll be seeing a bunch of the same stuff the same week.
4/24 Beetlejuice, Oklahoma!
4/25 King Lear
4/26 Kiss Me, Kate
4/27 Hadestown, Tootsie
4/28 Gary, Ink
i saw The Ferryman in November. It’s so good it’s worth whatever deal you had to cut to be able to go. Also saw Network then. It’s worth it for Cranston, though some of the other elements were disappointing.

Thanks for this. Ever since Sushi Samba closed, I have been mourning it and haven’t found any place that came close to its unique flavor and atmosphere. This might come the closest.

It’s delicious. And a huge bargain. I usually stay at the Algonquin and it’s right across the street, so very handy for me. I highly recommend the spicy tuna maki and chicken nanban. And the Peruvian chocolate ice cream.

Kinky! And very diverse tastes! I do hear polyamorous relationships really are the best. Hope you “do” Aladdin on the flying carpet assuming it fits three.
(JK and sorry I’m exhausted in bed from work travel to and from the east coast and I’ll probably regret this tomorrow when I’m well rested and my inhibitions return. Also, I’d do Aladdin - insert bad reference to rubbing magic lamp here and his big genie - in a New York minute and I’m a sucker for any accent, including Irish.)

Hilarious! I thought I'd share my April trip as well:
4/24 - Hadestown & The Ferryman
4/25 - Network
4/26 - My Fair Lady (I swapped out Tootsie because I found a $35 ticket on LincTix)
4/27 - The Cher Show & Beetlejuice
4/28 - To Kill a Mockingbird (& maybe Ink now. I didn't realize there was a Sunday night show besides HP Pt 2)
I plan to see 3 of these 4 in the end of June: Moulin Rouge, Tootsie, The Prom, Burn This.
