Did the Brooklyn version completely fall apart ?
The Almeida production was a nice update and newly visually interesting. Far more solid than the rehashHouston production we had hope for. It won't see the light of day due to Tyce Green's scandal in that town. I'm not sure that theater company (created by Green / Calarco) will produce again - Houston seems quite unhappy with that person.
Hoping the Almeida production comes to St. Ann's or direct to Bway as rumored.
