Ridiculousness at If/Then Stage Door Last Night — Page 2

To be fair, had this girl with the crutches been at Hedwig, it wouldn't have worked out in her favor because Neil doesn't take pictures and only signs Hedwig merchandise. Different stage doors, different rules. Sometimes it works out in your favor, sometimes it doesn't.

Not exactly trying to be bitchy I just don't know what the problem is. Why is it an issue for Lachanze to be making sure fans would be safe at the stage door? And why would someone fake a fractured knee just to avoid a crowded barricade?

The reality of the stage door situation is that you're all there waiting for someone who, at this point in her career, has a whiole LOT of people who want her attention. Those who want her autograph at the stage door are very lucky she spends as much time as she does giving back to her fans!

Lachanze did the right thing, I would want the same done for me if there was a jealous crowd pushing for a 10 second interaction and not worrying about bumping into already injured fans. Have a heart.

It is easier, you're guaranteed a spot, etc. by getting there earlier than the majority. This was all I meant by posting this thread. I think the stage door, while being a public place, should be somewhere where audience members should be able to interact with the performers that they just saw perform, and congratulate them on such a great performance, just like what was mentioned in the Michelle Williams Thread.

I have always known that it is so nice of any actor to come out after a performance and I agree that she is an angel for coming out to meet the crowds that await her.

No one actually thinks "Erin" is the real crutch girl, right? I mean. It's late June. It's summertime. The kiddies are out to play....

When all is said and done what does it matter. So you have a signed Playbill. Whoop de ******* do. When you die are you going to take it with you so you can be with it for eternity in the coffin.
