Tonya Pinkins: Then we had a "Lot's Wife" last June that was my personal favorite. I'm still trying to get them to let me sing it at some performance where we get to sing an excerpt that's gone.
Tony Kushner: You can sing it at my funeral.

I think they should revive the rush policy for one night only... That'd be interesting.

And of course: great news for everyone who wasn't able to see her as Diana in Washington or NY.

I was planning on coming to New York to see n2n on July 19...I guess I'm going to have to reschedule, because I really want to see Alice.

That would be incorrect, EugLoven.

Replacements for Ripley and d'Arcy James have already been hired.

This means it is probably curtains for NEXT TO NORMAL come July 18... and BLOODY BLOODY ANDREW JACKSON will claim the Booth.

Uh...no. What are you talking about? The show has already cast her replacement, and the show will continue to run without her. There was no noticeable dip in attendance the week she was away.

At least she's taking a long break to rest. Looks like she'll have about 3 months off. Wodner who'll be replacing both of them.

Will they finally update the pictures on the theatre and the flyer?

"If this is going to be a Christian nation that doesn't help the poor, either we have to pretend that Jesus was just as selfish as we are, or we've got to acknowledge that He commanded us to love the poor and serve the needy without condition and then admit that we just don't want to do it." -Stephen Colbert

As much as I'm excited to see her last show, I am kinda worried. I hate the fans that scream in the theatre. Should I expect a repeat of Spring Awakening's last show?

Please say no.....
