Lily St. Regis --- Leslie Kritzer
Rooster --- could be MANY, but I'll pick Gavin Creel
Miss Hannigan --- Jane Lynch
Daddy Warbucks --- Michael Cerveris
Mr. Bundles --- Dick Van Dyke

"The Spectacle has, indeed, an emotional attraction of its own, but, of all the parts, it is the least artistic, and connected least with the art of poetry. For the power of Tragedy, we may be sure, is felt even apart from representation and actors. Besides, the production of spectacular effects depends more on the art of the stage machinist than on that of the poet."

Hannigan is truly a supporting role. Casting a "star" inflates the focus and makes the show uneven.

I'd like to see a solid character actor like Jackie Hoffman in the role with no name above the title.

That's exactly right. They don't need "names" until the box office dips and they need a star to pick up sales.

Not to get all Hunter Foster on ya'll, but I would LOVE for unknown/lesser known THEATRE PEOPLE to take on all the roles in a stellar, solid-grounded production.

Jackie Hoffman
Linda Hart
Patti LuPone
Rachel York

"Grease," the fourth revival of the season, is the worst show in the history of theater and represents an unparalleled assault on Western civilization and its values. - Michael Reidel

Rosie singing "Easy Street"

"Little Girls"

Little Girls is fun. I love Rosie, though. The Easy Street is HORRIBLE. The Rooster is worse than her. If this happens, she'll probably just be a replacement towards the end of the run.

I really want Gary Beach to be Warbucks! He'd be great. You don't NEED huge names for Annie. Annie is the pull. Not the name above the title.

That being said, I know Wanda Sykes is playing Hannigan in a regional production right now. I'm sure she's great! If they can get her and Wayne Brady to be Rooster, that would be fun.

I've always felt Megan Mullally would make a terrific Hannigan.

"If this is going to be a Christian nation that doesn't help the poor, either we have to pretend that Jesus was just as selfish as we are, or we've got to acknowledge that He commanded us to love the poor and serve the needy without condition and then admit that we just don't want to do it." -Stephen Colbert

Rosie will sell tickets ...just like the disgrace that she was in Fiddler..I like Rosie but she should put the EGO (huge) aside and realize SHE CAN NOT SING OR EVEN CARRIE A TUNE...She is a really good comedian and that is all!!

Lea DeLaria as Ms. Hannigan./
She is a crass unprofessional mess and is difficult to work with.
She is talented but very mean in real life.

Team Janney all the way. Jannigan 2012

BUT I do think Jan Maxwell would make an amazing Miss Hannigan, but I guess her even being a possibility will depend on what happens with Follies.

I would like to see Brian d'Arcy James as Daddy Warbucks.

Brian still seems like he could play Rooster, though I'm sure he'd be a great Warbucks. I still vote for Gary Beach for that one, though. :)

Paul Reubens would also be a great Rooster. Or Nathan Fillion. Get that man on Broadway. Also, another great Hannigan could be Nancy Opel.

I'd like Michael Cerveris as Daddy Warbucks...he already looks the part!

Brian d'Arcy James seems a little young to me but I could definitely see him as Rooster.
