I showed up at 10:15 and got two rush tickets. I think it's a bit. of a hidden gem. Enjoyed it at NYTW, looking forward to seeing it again!

I’m assuming the stage isn’t high?
Anyone rush on sat for a matinee? Time to get there?

Is the stage low enough for a good view?

In the first or second week of previews I went to the box office at 6pm to ask about their rush policy and see if they had any rush tickets left. I got two $40 tickets in the far-side, last-row orchestra, but the Hayes is small so it was still a great view. Maybe their policy has changed, but this show isn't that popular, so you can probably still do the same now. Such a steal.

Has anyone rushed recently? Thinking about rushing tomorrow and curious about what time to arrive.

I rushed today. and got there around 8:20ish. I was the first person there and no one else arrived until around a little before 9:30. By the time the box office opened there were four of us.

I plan on rushing this Sunday. The Hayes box office opens at noon on Sundays, but since the performance is being moved up to 1 for the Tonys, should I assume that the box office will open earlier? ![]()
EDIT: Don't need to rush, that performance is up on TDF!

Figured I'd give a rush update here! I got to the box office this morning around 9:40 am and there were about 12-15 people in front of me. The woman two spots ahead of me in line was told they'd sold out of rush for the Wednesday evening show, which is the only one I could've made, although it seemed as if they still had availability for the matinee.
So I'd say to be safe on a double-show day, it's probably best to try and get there no later than 9 am, maybe 9:15 latest!

Update from today's rush - 7/9.
I was third in line at when I arrived at 8:23am. By 8:30, 1 more had joined. At 9:43, we had 8 in line. Box office opened at 10am. I had to leave after I got my ticket, so can't say how many were available, but they had at least 7 seats (1 person needed a solo seat). They are all front row :)

I rushed the same day-- I got there at 12:15 and I got a ticket. I was in the last row on the end in the orchestra. Was a fine seat :)

They must sell a lot of rush, then! The entire front row was rush - I was center front. :)

Why not arrive b4 9:30?
