I'm pretty sure Jennifer Hudson, who already won an Emmy for season 2 said she'll definitely come back and that she's not making any plans at all because she knows for sure she'll be back.

Excellent. She was the brightest light in season two, as true smash, if ever there was one.
Susan Boyle, natch. Or Susan Boyle's snatch.
Surely they can also borrow Assistant District Attorney Raul Esparza from the other side of the NBC Universe.

I'd like more behind the scenes theatre professionals playing themselves. Maybe that American Theatre Wing lady could have an arc.
Then they should have a real dramaturg playing the dramaturg. I'll happily help them out there.

I would like to see how your script for Bombshell turns out.
It would include there being no Bombshell.
Raul Esparza is a very good suggestion. They can have him in the SVU/SMASH Mashup episode they do where he is prosecuting someone after Karen & Ivy die in an S&M club after singing a song from A YEAR WITH FROG AND TOAD.
I wonder if they could get Sutton Foster on the show and have her and Karen do a Side Show revival. I mean it makes sense since Karen is clearly based on Sutton.
Stephanie J. Block still has no Tony, though.
Jeremy Pivin and Shia LeBouf are alternating the role of Marilyn until they both quit soon after opening. Jeffrey Tambor will replace them.
Todd Haimes will be producing Hit List 2.
Perhaps Orfeh could join the show as an unappealing never was who gets a part in an off Broadway show and creates enough love/love to hate fans of her one note voice quality that it ignites the ire of a popular online message board?
I mean, I could finally get my three-months long life dream of an SVU courtroom dream ballet musical sequence. Smash needs a new version of that Bollywood thing anyway.
Julie Taymor comes in to save EACH of the shows.
Derek sends Karen to ADA Raul Esparza, who trains her in not speaking in monotone while singing Razzle Dazzle.
Special appearance by Dr. B.D. Wong.
That means they'll never have Christopher Sieber on Smash. Poo.
