I wonder how Spider-Man will be flying around, will he go above the audience? It would be cool if in the first scene with spider-man, he flies from the back of the audience to the stage. That's probably unlikely, but I think with the right direction, this could be good.

The Hilton is doing inner renovations between now and opening, including changing the slope of the house and adding fly lines all around the theater, including the back of the house.

Maybe they held off on using "Spiderman" in the title cause there might be a revival of Kiss of the Spider Woman!!! jk

In this economy, should we waste these $40,000,000?? Sounds interesting, but right now I feel like "wait and see." Maybe do a stripped-down out of town.

'How wrong you are, Mr. Flashdance'

wrong about what?
The fact that people were slagging off Xanadu before it opened (well they were) or the fact that not one person has heard any of it etc? But don't tell me Charleston...you have haven't you? just like you have seen every other show, eve the ones not in your country like Flashdance, you have somehow heard and seen Spiderman lolol

Songandanceman, TheCharlsteon is just like that. He bad mouthed '13' to no end and never even saw it... I wouldn't be surprised if he/she did that for many other shows.

None of you (except for Charlie) has SEEN the goddamn thing. Jesus. You all preach about "saving broadway" but then when an established-title musical with an amazing pedigree (I'm looking at you too, Shrek bashers) comes along, all you do is hope it'll close. Does Broadway need ANOTHER expensive flop?

$137.00? I hope it flops, seriously. How dare they.

Tickets to BILLY ELLIOT are $136.50.

Where are your posts saying "How dare they?"

Or is that extra fifty cents what makes them cross the line?
