Posted: 6/27/14 at 11:17amI actually saw them trying to get him out of the squad car at the precinct and he was having done of it- he practically had to be carried out still screaming his head off. I almost didn't realize who he was at first I saw so focused on getting well beyond them until I heard one of the officers mention his name and then I looked back and did a double take. Illness, drugs, or other- this boy needs some help and fast.

He was not "fighting" with a homeless man. He was chasing a homeless man around to get some kind of tan ball cap. Not that it makes the situation any better....
NY Post has exclusive video of him following the homeless guy around Times Square yelling for the hat. There was no actual physical fight or altercation. For the record.
