The Tarzan curtain was one area where the show did not suck, especialy (spoilers) as during the pre-show, the Captain's (Of the ship that Tarzan's family is on) log is being projected onto it to give the feeling of a ship at sea.
The holes in the current Sweeney curtain give it a sense of menace which helps set the stage.

What a great thread this is! I thought I was the only one who cared about show curtains. My fave has to be We Will Rock You in London - the curtain is gorgeous.

Thanks!
I really like the Spam curtain. It actually makes me want to see the show. It actually looks sort of eery. The Piazza "curtain" - or lack there of - is still really beautifully done.

Lord of the Rings. Though, it has more functions than just a "curtain".

Posted: 5/4/06 at 12:12amThe Lion King curtain isn't as innventive as the rest of the show. It looks sort of like how the floor is painted if I remember.
