I am so weary with the "They always play themselves" comment about any actor. It's such a consumerist way of looking at acting."

With those ticket prices, you can look at it however you want. It's not exactly for the love of art here.

From an audience perspective, it would be naive to not expect and elevated experience if a night of art costs the same as your monthly rent.

The reviews are out for the Hiddleston & Atwell Much Ado, and they’re pretty glorious. It’s bright, colorful, funny and sexy, and filled with lots of music and dance. So…how quickly can we get a transfer?!  😁

Hurray and agree with the transfer!  We almost always get the dramas transferred but so rarely the comedies, I think the last was Twelfth Night with Rylance?  Would love to see this on Broadway!

This MUCH ADO looks like a ton of fun. Broadway houses are being offered as we speak.

Big 2025-26 season for Jamie Lloyd, who's got this, WAITING FOR GODOT, and EVITA all in NY.

Would love to see this at the PAC, but they’ve got a pretty full season lined up. Maybe the Palace in between Glengarry and the Lost Boys?

Any idea of the timeframe of the production for those houses being offered?

Any new rumblings on the Hiddleston/Atwell “Much Ado”?  The last post’er indicated that theaters were being offered. Would love to see this as one of the choice new offerings of the new season come the fall.

MUCH ADO is coming over house TBD.  EVITA is yet to be determined especially with Cats in the 25-26 season.  Andrew does not like his shows competing.  Lloyd will likely have Godot and Much ado in 25-26 season
