<- Stig Rossen playing against Zubin Varla in the 2001-2002 Danish production of "Chess". It will be changing soon, though, because the resolution is so terrible...
"Goodness is rewarded. Hope is guaranteed. Laughter builds strong bones. Right will intercede. Things you've said I often find I need, indeed. I see the world through your eyes. What's black and white is colorized. The knowledge you most dearly prized I'm eager to employ. You said that life has infinite joys."
Mine is an image from HERO, a chinese film that has been purchased by Miramax coming to the big screen this summer. It has been on DVD overseas for awhile. It stars JEt Li and is similar to Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon
"Noah, someday we'll talk again. But there's things we'll never say. That sorrow deep inside you. It inside me, too. And it never go away. You be okay. You'll learn how to lose things..."
"The stage is where I live and come alive and act out all the things that go on in my life. It's not just what I do for a living, it's my shrink and my love affair. No one in my life has ever or ever will kiss me on the mouth like this lover called my relationship with my performance."
"I'm learning to dig deep down inside and find the truth within myself and put that out. I think what we identify with in popular music more than anything else is when someone just shares a truth that we can relate to. That's what I'm searching for in my music." - Ron Bohmer
"I broke the boundaries. It wasn't cool to be in plays- especially if you were in sports & I was in both." - Ashton Kutcher
Ah, yes, NuggetMonkeys. Edward Albee is a genius. And although I don't think I will ever fully understand his work (particularly the infamous "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?"), I can't stop laughing at his brilliance. (Are you familiar with "The Goat or Who Is Sylvia?" OMG!)
My current icon is the logo for the new musical in development, "The Dying Game" - for which I have co-written the book and lyrics. It deals with the problem of HIV/AIDS in Africa and is set to be entered in the Cardiff International Festival of Musical Theatre Global Search For New Musicals in 2005.

It's my dog Peaches. She is pretty oblivious to music except when I play Florence Foster Jenkins or Wing. Then she utters what I call the "cry of utter misery" which she also makes when the tornado siren behind our house goes off.
My avatar is a reminder to myself. I need lots of reminders...
Mine is Jennifer Gambatese as Penny Pingleton in 'Hairspray.' If you can't read it, the top says "Penny Lou" and the bottom says "I'm A Pretty Girl, Momma!" -Penny
"I'm a pretty girl, mama." -Penny Lou Pingleton, Hairspray
"You like football, Ed?" "Yeah..." "Good. Me too." -Chad & 'Ed', All Shook Up
