Sorry, I can't post the shower scenes!! Craig would yell at me again. HAHA
"I'm learning to dig deep down inside and find the truth within myself and put that out. I think what we identify with in popular music more than anything else is when someone just shares a truth that we can relate to. That's what I'm searching for in my music." - Ron Bohmer
"I broke the boundaries. It wasn't cool to be in plays- especially if you were in sports & I was in both." - Ashton Kutcher
My icon is Miss Uni. She's never been in the theater. She's never even been IN A theater, but her smiling countenance pleases me, and she changes with the seasons.
mine is a shot of the King of Broadway himself, Monsieur Nathan Lane. It's a shot from "My Favorite Broadway: The Love Songs" where he sang "Sue Me" (with Faith Prince, I believe?) My favorite actor ever, I adore him!
Rosencrantz: "Be happy - if you're not even HAPPY what's so good about surviving? We'll be all right. I suppose we just go on."

Mine is obviously (at least for those who have seen LSOH) Kerry Butler and Hunter Foster singing Suddenly Seymour
"It does what a musical's supposed to do. It takes you to another world, and it gives you a little tune to carry with you in your head for when you're feeling blue."
I love your Username AND icon-I loved Little Shop when I saw it, and I still do!

Mine is "Lament for Icarus" Herbert Draper. It is used on the packaging for Adam Guettel's "Myths & Hymns," which I'm iffy about, but I LOVE the painting.

wildparty20 - i like you already! great Re: post about Rita's Tune, and you have an amazing icon. Myths and Hymns has some of the most amazing music I have ever heard. I've been a Guettel fan for a couple years, and still can't get over new things I "pick up on" all the time!
mine was my own picture when I was new to the site and didn't know any better. Now you may all be treated to my beautiful girls Aurora and Isabelle, in the Texas bluebonnets!

Thanks leo! I just saw Brian in concert. He's from the town where I used to do community theatre. They asked him back for a little cabaret evening. His accompanist (Dan Lipton) was assistant conductor for Guettel's "The Light in the Piazza" (which I LOVED). Celia Keenan-Bolger was at the concert too (the girl in Piazza). Brian sang "What Is It About Her" at the concert. Also sang "How Glory Goes" from "Floyd Collins." I went all the way home (which I never do) to see his concert. Wasn't disappointed. Great voice, great performer.

Mine needs no introduction! Unless you live in a hole and haven't seen Finding Nemo. Wait, my friend's dad lived in a hole in the ground for a semester in college, so I retract that statement. If anyoner has heard the myth of the college kid who lived in a hole in the ground, it originated at Rose Hullman in Indiana, (called something else back when this happened) He was living in the hole when he met his wife.
My avatar is a reminder to myself. I need lots of reminders...
Mine is a pic of Kristin Chenoweth as Glinda with an interesting quote. I swiped it from my friend's page where she has it as a photot icon. lol I just thought it was funny.
