Sondheim Birthday Concert on PBS tonight!

Just a reminder: catch the Sondheim 80th Birthday Concert at Lincoln Center from February TONIGHT on PBS at 8pm! I loved it in person, and can't wait to see it in HD! (As opposed to my last row, top tier, partial view seat that night!)

The search function revealed only the DVD release, and I quickly scanned 3 pages, so apologies if this has been reminded already.

I was at the first night of the concert and there was no lip-syncing, so it must be a register issue. I'm not having that problem on my TV, though.

It looks great so far!

I've been watching this on a loop since I got the DVD last week. Truly an amazing concert. You ain't seen nothing yet!

I agree. I loved Marin Mazzie and Jason Danieley's number. :)

We're a little behind (we had to watch Modern Family!) - listening to Audra and Nathan Gunn do Too Many Mornings - THAT is what heaven sounds like.

I am in Denver and Audry and Nathan are on here also. Had the out of sync issue with "America". It seems to have corrected itself. I am in heaven right now.

ugh, Donna Murphy tore it up. She's unreal.
When I see the phrase "the ____ estate", I imagine a vast mansion in the country full of monocled men and high-collared women receiving letters about productions across the country and doing spit-takes at whatever they contain. -Kad
