I am inherently bad at finding people, but I'm in a wireless sweet spot waiting for the box office to open. Hopefully the standing room seats will be selling but not sold out

I got tix for the matinee! Strangely there isn't anything up on the understudy board.

And if you go to telecharge you can search for single tickets to see what's left to buy.

ahhh I wanna see paris!claude. actually I kinda wanna see all the understudies. Except Josh Lamon. lol. It sounds stupid, but when I was watching them perform on the View I got so angry that he was standing there instead of Theo. *sigh*

and I never wanna see Hair without Andrew Kober. Kober > you.

Hey yall! I'm sure yay_gerb will want to give his two cents about the show. Mine's is going to be quick because I have a doctor's appointment coming up. We actually ended up standing next to each other in the rear of the orchestra.

Paris!Claude surprised me mostly because it was hard for me to guess how he would sound, look and move as Claude. I won't say he "made it his own" but there was definitely a dynamic I enjoyed. I liked how much he was able to meld in with the Tribe when it wasn't his turn to shine. His "I Got Life" is rhythmically like Pascal's on the Actor's Fund CD. He almost had a slight wig malfunction as he was coming up from the trap door. He's definitely not a Claude to miss if you have the opportunity to see him.

Briana!Crissy has a different feel as well. You look at her and just want to eat her because she looks so young. I described her as being a less layered version than the one Allison portrays in that you won't get confused between her innocence and her mental capacity.

And my favorite swung-in tribe member was Arbender Robinson. I think he shared Brandon's role with Michael. He has pipes, and I like them.

claudio --- I would say Claude gets neither because his life is cut short. That's part of HAIR's message of young lives being cut short before they reach their full potential.

Taylor, he had his natural hair during the performance, and a wig for the finale. It kind of reminded me of Gideon Glick's hair if I had to make a comparison.

And adds an extra yip for gaining the role of a chorus member.. aka tribal beast of the forest!

it was a very odd wig he had on for the finale. i wasn't in love with it lol. and yes me and kryst ended up watching the show together! nice to meet one of the starshines. paris!claude was very different. jay and gavin's claudes are very similar when you compare then to paris. he did meld in with the tribe very well so not to be always in the spotlight, but i think i'd rather have him being more noticeable. he is the main character in the show. watching it today made it seem like berger and claude were both main characters, when usually with gavin or jay he is clearly the lead. i did like him tho. his voice was great.

brianna was great again but i do miss allison. i hope it's nothign serious going on with her problem.

i'm loving the new swings too. this is the 2nd time i've seen Matt in the tribe and i love him. he fits in very well. arbender was really good too. i still need to see hannah.

the mamma mia line was hilarious! when margaret and hubert were leaving when they got back by the SRO kober screamed. we should have went to mamma mia! i think we need to start a koberiffic fan club.
