Saw the matinee today, and OH MY GOD, it was so phenomenal!!!!!!I My favorite show of the year so far, and one of my all time favorites, in the top 3 no doubt. Just such an experience not to be missed. It's such a party for most of it, but in the parts that need to, it moves you too. At the end, I had to hold back tears, but some water flooded over the damn dam!
And on a side note, the merchandise woman said that they are recording the cast album inn the beginning of April, but no release date. I can't wait!!!
Definitely going back for more!! (though I cannot see myself from the mezz, front orchestra is just to perfect for this show!!. Also, do they get the flyers and flowers up there as well?)

A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.
I'm looking for the matinees of the week of April 12th, and for 3 people, all I get are crappy seats in Orch Side K.
I'm dying for a return trip!

I saw WSS yesterday and, IMO, Hair should be a shoo-in for best Revival of a Musical. It's great to go out of a show feeling exhilarated, which Hair is the only show thus far this season to do this. Love it, love it, love it.
i saw WSS as well last night and i was bored out of my mind. didn't care for it at all. and just klike everyone says it looks like a commercial for the gap. im pretty sure hair will take it.

Thanks for the link! And I haven't seen WSS yet, so when I do, I will form an opinion on who should take Best Revival.

Opening night is most likely sold out. Lots of comps are handed out.

i would think sunday matinees wouldn't be too hard. they give a good amount of tickets out. i tried twice for a saturday matinee. won the first time, lost the second. does anyone know for sure if they are going to have a lottery for opening night? if they do, i agree it will be super hard but its always worth trying(if i can get off work).

Saw it last night and loved it! Fascinating, funny and moving, one great song after another. This is why we go to the damn theatre!

I'm very excited about seeing this tomorrow night!! I have an extra ticket in the rear mezz. Any suggestions in how to get rid of a single ticket for opening night tomorrow?
