I just purchased mobile tickets on Stubhub for American Son - I had my husband triple check that I was purchasing the correct show for the correct date.... but when I open the tickets to print, they are for a completely different show (The Waverly Gallery). Has anyone had this experience before? I tried getting through to Stubhub on the phone but couldn't make it through all the ads and offers to get a live person.
If you have time to get it worked out, try Stubhub again (hoping it's been resolved by now).
Give the seller the benefit of the doubt - I had something similar happen to me and I got the dumb "fine" because I mixed up two of pdfs on the same listing. If the person had called up SH and had them contact me, before the order was simply cancelled, everyone would still have their seats and I wouldn't have had to pay the price (literally).

Well in this case you absolutely deserved to get fined. Because of your mistake, you made things incredibly difficult for 2 sets of people and probably messed up their plans for the evening.

My tickets were purchased WAY ahead of the show date, so no, it didn't "ruin" anything as I was notified with plenty of time (more than a week, btw) to work with Stubhub to resubmit the pdfs.
If it had been a day-of situation, I would have agreed with you.
