I'm glad Sherie's getting praise and getting a moment, but it feels a bit uncofortably like she's getting some of thisas a rebuke to Chenoweth (for we all know what). I think itsucks if that is the case."

"The 48th class of The Kennedy Center Honorees will be saluted in a star-studded celebration that includes the likes of Tommy Hilfiger, Kurt Russell and Garth Brooks on Dec. 7, 2025.
A Kennedy Center spokesperson confirmed to the Daily Caller that the Kennedy Center Opera House will also be graced by the presence of Steven Wynn, Open AI co-founder and President Greg Brockman and actor Armie Hammer. The evening will include an appearance by Montana Tucker as the Honorees accept the recognition and gratitude of their peers through a series of performances and tributes. ...
Republican House Speaker Mike Johnson, Department of War Sec. Pete Hegseth and Department of Transportation Sec. Sean Duffy will also be guests at the event."
Sounds about as frightful as was expected. :(
Wow --- IF a bomb were to go off, it'd be a...good start???
And Tommy Hilfiger? Really?? I'd say he's going to alienate his client base --- except the gays had the smarts and good taste to move on from his tired ass "fashions" 20+ years ago.

We can assume that since CBS/Paramount is now Trump's bitch -- they'll air the show (if it actually ever happens) wherever and whenever he chooses.
And no one will watch it -- causing the Orange Turd to declare on social media that IT HAD THE HIGHEST RATINGS OF ANY SHOW EVER IN THE HISTORY OF TELEVISION!!!

Jinx Monsoon to play Judy Garland in London production of END OF THE RAINBOW Nov 26

Hard disagree. Jinkx has deep reverence for Judy Garland and I don’t think this would be something she would turn into a “drag” type of performance. As she has shown with her record breaking runs in Chicago, Little Shop, and Oh Mary, she has the draw and the fanfare to make a limited run of this work effectively.
My only quibble is that she is well known for her Snatch Game portrayal which, while very studied, is the point of reference for most people when it comes to Jinkx/Judy - so I hope people don’t go in expecting Oh, Mary levels of camp"
You’re helping to prove my point! She’s undoubtedly talented —but she’s only a big draw for her core audience like yourself. Also (respectfully) can you point out which records she broke for her other shows?
