Aren't you not allowed to subtract votes?

I brought Side Show's "Come Look at the Freaks" up to 4 votes, but then Mark_E subtracted to 3. The Wild Party's opening number also decreased. Next to Normal's "Just Another Day" disappeared from the list altogether-- in the matter of one post-- and it previously had two votes. Did you subtract 2 votes?

I think it may have happned with a few opening numbers. I would post a fixed list, but first I just want to make sure that the rules say we're not allowed to subtract. Confirm?
