Hi,
I'm looking for broadway songs with tap dancing in it.
It's for a friend of mine, she has an audition next week and she need to do a broadway song, and since she's a pro tap dancer I thought I ask the masters of this board if they know any songs that can be good for her:)
Thanks!
First few that come to mind are Anything Goes (Anything Goes), Puttin' On The Ritz (Young Frankenstein), 42nd Street (42nd Street).

I thought of those, but It has to be a solo number..
I also thought of Forget about the boy from Millie but she diden't liked it...
What won't you do for a friend, ha?:P
The opening from 42nd St. (Andy has some solos and is dancing the whole time)
Anything from Bring in 'da Noise...
Instead of trying to copy choreography, I would just try to pick something with a good beat--very good Broadway tap numbers would challenge a professional tapper.

Anything Goes. La Cage. 42nd Street. Throughlly Modern Millie. Chrous Line. Mack and Mabel ... all have really good numbers to tap to
MY ONE AND ONLY, with music by George Gershwin, has several tap dances, not only by star Tommy Tune, but also by the late, great Charles "Honi" Cole.
