Is anyone else having a problem with the interactive seating map? The rest of the site seems to load properly but the map is unreadable (MacBook, safari browser). Any tips? Thank you!
The amount I hate their site is unreal. Why can one not just hover over a seat and the price displays? Nope. One must zoom in multiple times just to see the seat price and then most of the seating is then out of view. The design is trash.
Yep the site is just terrible now. I wish they would do something similar to the format Today Tix uses. Color coded seats that correspond to prices. You don't even really need to zoom at all because you can see at once easily what seats are still available and how much they cost.
Ever since they introduced the new format, the site has been horrible. It used to be so easy to select a seat, see the price, and get a stage view. Now I just get frustrated trying to enlarge the view without losing the ability to see the entire seating section, find the price, find other seats more easily, and I'm still trying to figure out how to get a view of the stage. I click on the button that tells me I have that option at the bottom of the page, but when I click on the button, nothing happens. I've actually just given up on getting tickets a few times because the site is so annoying.
It's awful. You can't read it first off. We try to book accessible seats, and it only shows the first three options. Hit "show more" nothing happens. You try to do the search again or refresh to try to see the same seats? Your IP address is flagged and you have to call them.
Also, I feel like it's been like this even before the latest upgrade, but why offer the multiple performance option if you can't go back to one you've look at before without it freezing?

I gave up on this site after 4 failed attempts to buy tickets.
First - It let me pick a seat but I couldn't check out as a guest. After filling out all the fields and clicking continue to payment it said I hadn't filled out all required fields.
Second - I created an account, logged in, and selected the date I wanted to buy tickets for. It's the same seat map I was just in a few minutes ago but the map wouldn't load. It froze on "waiting for tickets.
Third - Switched browsers from Safari to Chrome and still couldn't get the map to load.
Fourth - Switched to my iphone. The seat map loaded but when I tried to continue to payment it said I had to pick "the method I wanted tickets delivered to me" first. When there was no such option to select on the form.
I switched to Broadway.com and purchased tickets with additional fees.

You should have used Broadway Direct before giving your money to that rip-off site. Broadway Direct's fees are right in line with Telecharge's, and, sometimes, they're less.
With my various issue trying to buy on their site, if I can't move after a few tries, I just call them and tell them what I want. I wonder if their callers are fielding more calls since I can't imagine anyone finds their site worth the effort.
