Another Winter in a Summer Town - Grey Gardens.
When I see the phrase "the ____ estate", I imagine a vast mansion in the country full of monocled men and high-collared women receiving letters about productions across the country and doing spit-takes at whatever they contain.

Definitely "light" from Next to Normal...especially the second time I saw it.
"The Best Thing That Has Ever Happened" from Sondheim on Sondheim..happened to be sitting next to my best friend (aside to my partner) at the time and I just lost it.
Most of "Title of Show" actually...I really identified with the show and was a puddle more than a few times.
ETA: Forgot about "For Good"....that made its way onto many a friends' (okay, three) mix tapes.
