Im hearing they are waiting to make the announcement now after the Blithe Spirit tour is done next month out of consideration for that production.
Ah, that actually makes sense. There seemed to be a certain understanding - whether accurate or not - that at the Blithe Spirit tour we could be witnessing Angela Lansbury's last major stage performance. Looking forward to an announcement April'ish, then!

"Another piece of info I picked up tonight, that revival of The Chalk Garden with Angela Lansbury will be happening in the fall for a 16 week limited engagement, they are just signing the contracts this week and an official announcement should be made soon. Really exciting, and at 89 to just keep going, points to Ms Lansbury. "

This is so spooky, as I just came to ask the same thing.
Any updates on the revival? Is it still happening this fall?
If yes, will it be Broadway or West End? Because immediately after winning an Olivier, Dame Angela was ask will she be returning to the West End and she said ‘’yes’’.
