Has anyone checked the Employee Privacy Act law in relation to this. There is are Federal laws on the privacy of the interview process. Auditions fall under this law. If her comments make it obvious who the actor is, she can be prosecuted and fired. In fact the Producer should have the attorneys checking her comments. She is on thin ice ethically, broadcasting interview results.
Interesting. I never knew about this law. She never named names, but plenty of actors have figured out if a tweet was about them or not.
Just finding out about this.
If it were up to me, I'd blacklist the biznatch.
She wants attention, she wants to show how she can get away with it. AEA put it behind them? Wow, Mom and Dad Eisenberg must have some influence in the theater world.
