Saw this on Jason Robert Brown's twitter account a few days ago:
Yes! Soon! RT @evanvocalist: Now that L5Y has a much bigger following, do you think it'll ever make another try at hitting B'way?
He tends to be sarcastic in his tweets, so who really knows.

I would much prefer to see this go back Off-Broadway. It's such an intimate show, I think it would be lost in a 1,000+ seat theatre.
I hope so. But I have to agree with with Nettik with the whole 1000+ seat deal
Maybe Patti and Mandy could do this instead.
This should run on a rotating cast basis:
Patti and Mandy
Audra and Will
Marin and Jason
Idina and Taye
Norbert and Michelle
Laura and Steve
Mary and Jackie
Hunter and Jeff
I smell a hit.
Mandy would sing Cathy's part, right?

"The Last 5 Years coming to Broadway?"
Why?
What happened to the film version of this show that Jason Robert Brown announced was in pre-production?
ASK JRB: HOLIDAY 2010 EDITION
Mandy could just do the whole show on his own.
JRB is enjoying this thread, you know. (Except the mention of the film.)

JRB would most enjoy sitting at the piano and doing the entire show by himself. The man has no shortage of ego.
Where can I invest in the Mary Testa/Jackie Hoffman version?

Odd, since composers are a famously humble bunch...
I thought the same, that it might be him being sarcastic, as he is known for that. But I don't see it as being completely out of the question. It DOES have a much bigger following now than before, but I can't see it working on Broadway, unless it were to play Circle in the Square or possibly even the Booth. But we shall see. I was also wondering whatever happened to the film version...
It can also take the Foxwoods when Spider-Man closes!

Well, you know, with its HUGE following it probably would benefit from having two productions running at once.
Any info on rush? Thanks in advance!

On their website it says they are going to sell standing room tickets day of show after the 4th number in the show and only if the show is sold out.
