might not be impossible. you never know. lol. I dream all the time. I sometimes think that my dreams are real but sadly no.
Thanks Cat. I think I'm just going to have a late dinner and then wait it out at the train station with a good book. (I've just gotten into "Everything Was Possible - the birth of the musical FOLLIES". It's really terrific. I love 'insider' books like this!)
Let me add a special thanks to Barb for sending me all those wonderfully tru pics from yesterday!
I also loved this production of P&P. If you're at all interested in getting it on DVD, this is the best deal I've ever found for it:
http://www.deepdiscountdvd.com/dvd.cfm?itemID=ANE070254
The price isn't bad at all and there's no shipping charge.
(When mine gets here I'll have a whole set of VHS tapes available for postage if anyone's interested.)
Good morning everybody. Well, all of my repairmen are gone. My PC is back up and operating but they aren't able to save my digital camera's software. They can't even figure out why it no longer works nor why I'm unable to get a new download on it. Another $120.00 dollars later.....
The heat's on and it does feel good in here. That's why I just remembered that I have to go downtown for some special training at the Smithsonian. I would really like to push this back but it's the last day they're offering this class. (I missed the others when I was sick.)
Amanda, BSo, any others - have a wonderful time today. I wish it was me! Cheer loudly when Mr. J. comes out! All others, just have a wonderful day. I'll be back (I hope) for the evening cam.
Good Morning everybody!
Dre - I certainly hope you're feeling a lot better now. High fevers like that are not at all good. I'm so glad you're getting home real soon so your mom can look over you.
I find it hard to believe that the hospital treated your fever and never made an attempt to find out what was causing it! The religious preference question is something that I've been asked when checking into a hospital. It didn't matter what I was there for. I guess it's just part of their record keeping, but I know it didn't make you feel very good at all.
Take good care of yourself.
(I can't believe this thread has been visited by SOMMS - even though loving Greg is very understandable!)
Hey all. I am here for the afternoon cam until 4 when I leave for the city. Hopefully to meet Kerrie somewhere.
Good morning everyone. (Good afternoon Annie!)
Dre - Just reading your note scared me to death. I'm so glad you're all right but I do wish you had gotten that woman's name and address (and license #). I've sat on lots of juries where plaintiff's were suing for medical bills from accidents they were in and the pain from the injuries didn't show up until the next day! I hope you aren't in too much pain today.
By the way, if I haven't mentioned it before, I JUST LOVE GREG JBARA!
hmmmm... I seem to be talking to myself and now there isn't even a cam.
Annie - NOW I know why I never married. I've never made a chair in my life! By the way - I just received the most wonderful Christmas card from Hungary. The message inside was so sweet, it made me cry.
Actually, yesterday I received 3 cards. One was from Hungary, one from New South Wales, and one from Falls Church, VA. - which is actually right across the street from where I live. My mail man was VERY impressed.
Sarah - Just meet Greg. He'll have you so comfortable and relaxed that you'll never understand why you were nervous to begin with.
And as for that famous Playbill - I was planning on buying a new home with the proceeds from the sale of that on eBay! Now - nothing. (Now who can believe that I'm actually complaining about getting John Lithgow's autograph?!)
This is going to be a tough day. I have insomnia (again) and I've only had about 2 hours sleep. Today I have to work at the Renwick museum (near the White House). This is a fairly small place and I'm going to be on my own. Nobody to talk to, no Internet to play with, nobody to wake me up when I drop off to sleep....
I've had a few shoutouts... I have been watching the cam for a while but just on Wednesday started to email Greg. My names Mary btw.
Any particular reason why he's pimping Nino's Tuscany?
The RENT comment was done half jokingly. (Because of what I'd said about RENT before. Although it is true...lol)
You can't see both?

Only Greg can tell you if he'll have a cam on any of those days. (He didn't have the cam on Christmas eve because there was only one show. Does that mean he WILL have one on Friday AND Saturday? Somebody needs to ask him.)
Hello all! It sounds like everyone had a wonderful holiday. I just got back from a gathering of a few BWW folks down at the Hard Rock Cafe in DC. Amanda was there for a while with her friend. They left to go see Wicked and the rest of us stayed and had a really good time.
Annie - I LOVE that box! Does your dad take commissions? I've been looking for something similar (only a little smaller) to use as a tea caddy.....
Well, you tell him we all said that we loved the box and that he does beautiful work!
YaY, Sara will be back by the time I'm in the City again. I'm aiming for Spring Break. I'm still bummed that Andrew wont be there but I'm really looking forward to seeing Jonathan.
That's just incredible, CL! I couldn't be happier for you. I just hope he gets better real soon. I'm bringing my niece to see the show and I'd love for her to see Norbert along with the rest of this wonderful cast.
Hmmm. Sticky cam. *gets behind and pushes*

I forgot to say before, Kay, I like the way your avatar turned out. Nice job.
I've still yet to see the new Pride and Prejudice though I really want to.
And since it's the half, where is Andrew? He's leaving on the 15th so he should be practically living in Greg's dressing room, dont ya think?

My husband and I have been involvedi n theater for about 10 years now and I have always been a fan of Greg's in such things as In and Out and Jeffery but when we finally made it to New York last week and saw DRS. It was such a wonderful night. To meet Greg was amazing and the fact that he is so gracious about autographs and pictures. He has a true fan for life!

Yeah, I'm so excited to see BBM. And your right, once it starts I'm sure I'll forget about Adam and Raul. Either that or I'll be in the theater going "Adam and Raul make such a great couple..." and have my friend look at me like I'm crazy not knowing what I'm talking about.
That's true about being honked at. You hear it, then look even though you 'know' it wasn't directed towards you.
Indeed - a very happy birthday, Gav. You're an old teenager now!
