Couldn't disagree more with most of you.

Moore is not only one of the smartest, most fearlessly independent political analysts in the country but also one of the funniest and most popular.  His understanding of how exactly the current administration came to be is unparalleled, as is his objectivity with respect to American voters's motivations, especially voters in the key states that gave Trump the White House.  And his candor is almost uniquely balanced with heartfelt sympathy for the American working class.  His is a much needed voice of reason in the wilderness.

He is a national treasure and will have no problem finding an audience.

He's one of the few that accurately predicted Trump's election.

That being said: his last few films have been duds. I genuinely am not sure if he is able to draw an audience for 12 weeks. During the Bush years? Absolutely. But now, I don't know.

I normally try to see every play and musical that opens on Broadway but special event stuff like this, just like that Mike Tyson thing from years ago are easy passes for me. You couldn't even give me free tickets to see this let alone ask me to pay for it. I don't even like Trump but listening to this guy yap about Trump for 90 mins sounds even worse.

He is an opportunist and clickbait creator and his goal is to get more hits on his blog and twitter. I doubt he will bring out any new revelations that haven't already been discussed ad neaseum.

To each their own I suppose, but at least Moore isn't an unabashed racist and misogynist.

I don't know if I'll end up going, but can't fault the guy for taking a stand (although I guess I could quibble with the idea of protesting Trump by selling expensive Broadway tickets).

This just isn't the kind of thing I'm interested in seeing on a Broadway stage. I'm not sure there is any one I'd pay to see in a show like this. It has nothing to do with my feelings about Mr. Moore. 

Question : does Moore do shows like this on tour throughout the country, or is this new territory for him?
