Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson and Scottsboro Boys get best musical noms.
John Cullum gets nominated for Featured Actor for Scottsboro Boys. I'm also predicting noms for Scottsboro for Musical, Score, Director, Choreographer, and Orchestrations, so 6 in total.
I think Catch Me is getting snubbed for Musical/Book/Score, with WOTV taking its score slot, although I think Butz and Butler are both getting noms, and possibly Wopat as well.
I think Arcadia is getting shut out. as will That Championship Season, Wonderland, and possibly Ghetto Klown among currently running shows.
Two nominations for Good People in Best Supporting Actress in a Play. Some combination of Becky Ann Baker, Estelle Parsons, and Reneé Elise Goldsberry. Really pulling for Goldsberry.

I think snubs for Catch Men and Priscilla are possible. I also think Ranellis might be the sole Best Actor nominee from Mormon (have this feeling Gad might be snubbed). Women on the Verge has picked up such momentum in the past few days I think Sherie will take the 4th Best Actress slot and Lupone and Benanti will be in featured.

I love Sherrie Rene Scott, but how can Tony voters vote for her when her show closed suddenly and not enough voters had a chance to see her? I thought voters needed to see all the shows in a category to cast a vote.
Two things far out of left field...that I hope will happen.
-BBAJ gets Best Musical Nomination
-Tony Sheldon wins Best Actor in a Musical
WOTV did not "close suddenly". It had an end date scheduled from the beginning and that's when it closed.

The show closed three weeks early. Here is a reminder from earlier in the year that was reported in the press: http://www.playbill.com/news/article/146172-Broadways-Women-on-the-Verge-of-a-Nervous-Breakdown-Will-Close-Early
That's not quite true. In fact I had tickets to see it on 1/16, but it closed two weeks ahead of schedule and so we were issued refunds.
I did see the second preview and I enjoyed the score and many of the performances. Wish I had been able to see it in its final form.
EDIT: Oops, looks like you beat me to it, and I think you're right about 3 vs. 2 weeks. :)

I believe it was supposed to close on January 23, but closed on January 2 instead. The cast got about a week's notice of the new closing date.
My NGNG:
Paul Reubens is nominated for Best Actor in a Play.
Patrick Breen, John Benjamin Hickey, Lee Pace and Jim Parsons are all nominated for Best Featured Actor in a Play.
Catch Me If You Can is shut out.
Scottsboro boys will recieve 7 nominations:
Score
Musical
Choreography
direction
Forrest McClendon
Coleman Domingo
Joshua Henry
I was wrong. That two week early thing threw me.

Okay, I'll take the plunge:
Patti LuPone and Marla Mindelle for Best Featured Actress in a Musical.
Tom Wopat for Best Featured Actor in a Musical
Geraldine Hughes gets nominated for Best Featured Actress for Jerusalem.

Geraldine Hughes gets nominated for Best Featured Actress for Jerusalem.
I would love that, or Aimee-Ffion Edwards. Both of their scenes are really amazing.

Tom Wopat for Best Featured Actor in a Musical
I'd say that's probably going to happen.

I'd love a nom for Marla!
Karen Mason for Best Supporting Actress in a musical.
When the critics weren't gulping down bucketfuls of Wonderland's blood, they would take a breath for a quick word of praise for her. She is amazing, after all!
"Karen Mason, tastier than blood" ...bad taste?
yuck yuck!
Wonderland is nominated for Best Musical. It's cute, it's family friendly, it's already had a rich life in regional theater, and the actors are singing the crap out of the score.
Wonderland nominations for:
-Original Score (Wildhorn, Murphy)
-Choreography (Marguerite Derricks)
-Costumes (Susan Hilferty)
Featured Actor Joined: 7/12/07
James Barbour for his performance in A Tale of Two Cities... a long shot... haha
The Normal Heart takes 3 of the Featured Actor slots (for Pace, Hickey, and Parsons).
The Tonys people give the puppets of War Horse a Special Tony rather than trying to figure out what category they go in (since the "Best Props" category doesn't exist).
