Does he play Don in the 'revival' A Chorus Line? Does he have his own website?

I found the show website. Tony is Al. I always wanted to play that part. He sounds like a cool guy from what he wrote on his blog on the show website. Has anyone met him in person?
I met him this weekend. He was nice, he didn't seem thrilled when I was talking to him, but maybe it was just that night, but he was great in the show.

I met Tony after a performance of Fanny Hill and he was a sweet heart. He absolutely blew me away in that show. I can't wait to see him in ACL.
TLKfan - He was probably tired. That IS a lot of dancing.
Chrysanthemum62001 - Nice to know he's a nice guy. What did he do in Fanny Hill?
I was watching him on tv today and yeah maybe he was tired, but I think he's a tad introverted compared to other cast members. Either way, he was so good in the show and a nice guy, I have nothing against him. :)
Yeah, I can understand that. I get shy around people myself...so I know where he is coming from. He might not have been thrilled, but some actors are not always on when they are off-stage. I kinda like the contrast myself.

Was he in the Encores "Tree Grows in Brooklyn"? I know I have seen him somewhere before and really liked him but I just can not place where it was.
I am really looking forward to "ACL"!
That show is in his bio - so that was him! Yazbeck? That sounds more Greek than Italian, don't you think?
Al is one of my favorite roles, and Sing! is one of my favorite songs in the show. It's so cute, and if the chemistry is right between the Al & Kristine, it can be really wonderful.
HOUFlip04, he played the lead in Fanny Hill along Nancy Anderson. He played Fanny's love interest.

What role did he play in the Tyne Daly version of "Gypsy"? He must have been a baby. Maybe it was "Clarence" and his clarinet? I'll have to try and dig up my Playbills.
jimmysf - I think he was "Clarence" and he was also a newsboy. I saw the show with Linda Lavin. I wonder if he was still in the show or if he got too old.
muscle - Thanks! I've never heard of 'Fanny Hill' before.
Wanna Be A Foster - Al is a great role. I hear he's great in it too.
Fanny Hill was one of the best Off Broadway shows I've ever seen. As usual, good things never become popular. There are some pix available on this site if you search for it. It was a hilarious little show about Fanny Hill, an english girl in the old age who becomes a hooker.
Thanks! Did they record a cast album?
I don't think so.
Too bad! I'll be looking forward to seeing 'A Chorus Line' when it gets to Broadway. The last time I saw it in New York, I was disappointed. It didn't have much heart. I saw a non-equity tour right before and I've loved the show ever since. I've yet to see a really excellent production.
But the recent one at Theatre Under the Stars was pretty close!
By the way, Tony appeared shirtless in Fanny Hill, and you missed it!

I found my old Playbill and he was Clarence/newsboy. I will try and find the Linda Lavin Playbill. I have plenty from when Tyne Daly was in it but only one from Lavin.
That makes me feel better, because I couldn't figure out how he could have been a farmboy in the Tyne Daly/ Linda Lavin revival which was almost 17 years ago, and still be somewhat young now for ACL!! I'll have to check my playbills.
muscle - I'm sure Tony will be in the next Broadway Bares. Has he done Broadway Bares before?
jimmysf - Thanks for looking!
