I will be in NYC on halloween and was wondering if I went trick or treating to the stage doors, do they give out candy?

depends on your costume i guess. lol can't wait to hear all about it!
I did it once. Michael Cerveris gave me an apple with a razor blade in it.
My friends and I are dressing up like the cast from AMERICAN IDIOT. I hope nobody thinks we're strange.
Only if it's not your birthday.

Patti LuPone gave me a rock.
Are you a cute little kid? If not it's a little creepy.

Alec Baldwin has passed on the revival of "Born Yesterday."
The actor did a reading of the classic Garson Kanin comedy last week, but decided the role of Harry Brock, a corrupt tycoon, wasn't right for him.
How so? I think it's perfect for him.

there's usually parties before the shows on KIds Night so I wouldn't be surprised if there's trick or treating or candy there...at the stage door, kinda iffy. Somehow I doubt the shows, unless they have a kid-heavy cast, would even prepare for that.
Ah, so you have cute little kids. That makes a difference
I honestly don't know the protocol for something like this. I have to imagine that they wouldn't answer the door while a show is actually in progress. But maybe before.

Yeah that's what I was thinking before the show. Thanks.
The cast of Spring Awakening gave me spinach!
Now are you strong to the finish?

I'm taking my 5 yr old granddaughter to see LA CAGE that afternoon, as we're both dressing as Cagelles, we should have no trouble trick or treating at the stage door. We're also having dinner at Sardi's that night.
Calvin wins.

This is hilarious; I hope it actually becomes real.
At Next to Normal Marin hands out pills from a wastebasket. If you're really nice she lets you ride on the gurney with the rubber Diana.
