Just my cd and its by far one of tbe best cast recordings I have ever heard. The energy which is so high in the show is very clear in the cd as well. This cd is great!!!!!!!!!!
favorite songs:
someday
its your wedding day
not that kind of thing
all about the green
and of course the finale
i love it too!
it's really "awesome". I think everyone sounds great and I love how 80s it sounds =D
I've listened to If I Told You far too many times.

It is definitely one of the best OBC Recordings I have ever heard! I love this show to death, but some songs, specifically "Saturday Night In The City" sound so much more amazing live! The whole cast did a great job. I hope this show lasts a long time, and I'm happy these great performances can be preserved!
anyone know how to get the itunes bonus tracks? they're not on the list for the soundtrack, so what does one have to search for

I agree with rocket, "Saturday Night in the City" works a lot better live.

I didn't anticipate liking the score, at all, based on what I've heard. However, I went out and got the CD, and I'm loving it so far. Some of the songs are decent, and the bad ones fall into the category of so bad they are funny (which, judging how bad they actually are, is the intent, I'd hope).
out of curiosity, timote... which bad ones are you referring too? (just want to compare thoughts on the CD)

Richard H. Blake. Reason enough to get this CD.

It's an amazing CD! I have one questions though. In the first track, Robbie sings "...six years ago while playing in a wedding band." In the last track Sammie says the same thing. When I saw the show in previews, I thought that Sammie said seven years ago. It would make sense since you'd think that the finale would take place about a year after the opening.
I love it! My favs are Someday, Not that kind of thing, and Right in front of your eyes.

I`m surprised no one has mentioned Casualty of Love. That`s my favorite song in the show!
It's definitely a blast of a recording. I think it starts to run out of steam on the second half of the CD, but all in all, a very good recording.

I love that song. I miss all the dialogue though.

I bought mine from Best Buy. It was the only one, and it was mixed in with the soundtracks from the original movie. :)
I love it. The first 4 tracks (I'm listening to them in order) are fantastic, and generally I don't like EVERY track. But I think this is going to be one of my favorites!
