I have no earthly idea what Breakfast with the Arts is. Was it on tv?
It's a TV show, on A&E.
Wheee, I saw Wax Lion! Yes!
And, when they do decide to lock this thread, we can just start a Welcome, Anthony Rapp part 2, and start and Official Anthony Rapp love thread in the OT section. I doubt he reads this any more, so I don't see what the big deal would be.
Alluded to broadwayworld? XD In what sort of way?

It is a show on A&E on Sunday mornings that profiles random "Art" things haha...i.e. movies, books, musical groups, the occasional dance company...but today the first half hour was completely devoted to Rent. Adam, Anthony, Tracie and Wilson were all on.

We'll all just migrate over there!
he talked about how sony opened the blogs so they communicate with fans and also how when the show first opened he spoke with "computer savvy" rentheads online. When the movie was in production, he decided to make a "splash" and return to talking with fans online and answering questions. He didn't directly mention BWW, but to people familiar with it, it was pretty obvious.
Lari, I looked at your sig and just tried to pat my head, rub my stomach with my eyes closed while whistling. AND I CAN DO IT!
Fun! What did they say? Anyone have a transcript?
Rogue, this is very delayed because I was on the phone but yes! I stopped procrastinating! For now, at least. I mean I'm still on this board but I'm getting some productive things done, too.

I must say, I love his usage of "make a splash".
Rentheads/fans are extremely computer literate and discuss on blogs and chatrooms.
Damn straight we're computer literate.
Lol. Rentheads flippin rock at everything.
Yes, I saw the petting. Made me giggle. And the Mark sandwich. I really paid attention to Anthony/Mark today. He makes some of the best faces! I cracked up a few times when nothing really that funny was going, because he makes me laugh.
And I also laughed at a really bad place. When Maureen and Joanne have Mimi and they're calling for Mark and Roger, and Roger says 'Mimi'...I dunno, both times I've seen it I cracked up.
One of my favorite Anthony expressions is in Another Day when they are singing to roger on the balcony. He's just like "Believe it, man! No other path! No day but today!" I nearly burst out laughing. It was wonderful.

Mandi, its okay...for some reason I find the MIMIIIII at the end of Your Eyes really funny...and I'll be sobbing hysterically yet also trying to suppress giggles while he just like scoops her up, and then lets her head fall back...
its terrible! im a heartless person
There's some definite cheez during WYO and Finale A. It's all good though. Mark's non-cheez-ness offsets Roger's cheez...or something. *shrug*

I love Roger's cheese.
And I love Anthony's not cheese. I swear I think we could keep this thread on topic if we just all talked about our favorite Anthony expressions.
Lol. There were some cheez moments (cliff and end of another day). but all in all i STILL loved every minute.
I love all the facial expressions.
I'm a big facial expression person. So, needless to say, I went crazy everytime Ewan did one in Moulin Rouge.
And I loved every minute also. :)

Ohmygod, I think the end of Another Day was one of the cheesiest film moments I've ever seen. Like, worse than the cliff. Ehhh, maybe they're a tie. But still, the three of them (Collins, Mark and Angel) just show up out of NOWHERE. And then they all gang up on Roger and comfort Mimi. I was watching it like, "WTF??"
Yes, definitely cheese-tastic.

Humph.I wish I could go see it right now. And that I hadn't scheduled my schedule for this year so tight that even without hw I would not have time to go see it until the weekend. :[
I didn't have a problem with the end of Another Day. I thought it worked fine.
Does anyone else think that it looks like Mark's scarf was always choking him?

Haha nope.
I too liked the end of Another Day. It fits. and it reminded me of that Julia Roberts and Brad Pitt movie where she throws his clothes at him from the balcony

Hahah, yes. His scarf looked awfully tight.
I didn't have a problem with Another Day, I just thought it was a tad cheesey... nothing wrong with a little cheese here and there.
