Posted: 11/27/05 at 5:47pmYay rave reviews from a non-RENThead. Granted he's still a musical theater fanatic and I don't think any level of cheesiness would bother him, but it is still great. My friend called and said he thought of me because he was going to see it, and then called back to say he absolutely loved it. I was so happy, because I haven't heard reactions from people who didn't already know RENT. I think he knew the story and everything, but didn't know the music and obviously hadn't seen the show. Good to know that people who haven't seen the show can still get the magic of it through the movie.
Fan: Oh my god! You're, like, standing right there and, like, looking right at me and, like, oh my god! Anthony Rapp: Yes, that's a pretty accurate discription of reality.

Well, this is what I'm thinking about Another Day, feel free to disagree..
But, I got the feeling that they all knew Mimi to some extent...and Mark saw that Mimi was interested, and wanted to get him out of the house, so maybe they got Mimi to go and try to get Roger to take her out, and it didn't work...and they were like, singing that part to Roger, because they all want him to stop being mopey? I dunno, that's how I think about it.

At time the scarf sat nicely but then in another scene it was like OMG Anthony that scarf is eating you, run away!!!!!!!
That was just too amusing.

I like that idea Mandi. And you can support with the way Anthony kind of knowingly says " Oh, the dancer from the Cat Scratch Club?"

I've PMed Anthony about his book, but I only PM him sparingly when I feel I have something valid to say. Otherwise, I don't want to bother him.
