please stop this. i did not mean to generalize, though i DID, and i am sorry. but you cannot deny the fact that there is an overflow of recent work-obsessed THEATER FANS (okay, i said it) that are superlatively labelling WICKED and such others as the "best" without fully appreciating the past works. again, i am sorry.

Yes, I agree that there are some people here that are focused more on modern Broadway than anything else. However, I think we should try to help them broaden their horizons rather than criticize them for their lack of theatre knowledge.

Also, I wasn't posting here just to spite you, NuggetMonkeys. Can we keep this thread up, just for the young people to get acquainted with their BWW.com peers?

I'm 12. I'm the youngest posted so far. But I am not cute OR little, so there's no point to being the youngest. When you think about it, there's not much point to anything unless you're working for a certain purpose or you are unknowingly making a difference. My role model does. Think about that...
