i think Norbert would be great.
And we all know that John Lithgow has done it.
and Greg Jbara.

-Dre- You must remember all the same that at the crux of every game is knowing when it's time to leave the table... And it's important to be artful in your exit. No turning back, you must accept the con is done... It was a ball, it was a blast. And it's a shame it couldn't last. But every chapter has to end, you must agree.

There's a special kind of people known as show people. We live in a world full of dreams. Sometimes we're not too certain what's false and what's real. But we're seldom in doubt about what we feel.

It is a far, far better thing I do, than I have ever done; it is a far, far better rest I go to, than I have ever known.

1. Craig Bierko and he has:
1. Sex and The City
2. Cinderella Man, The 13th Floor
3. The Music Man(We wont discuss Modern Orthodox)
He is very talented. His biggest mistake was turning down an offer to star in Friends.
2. Robert Spencer- He has the looks for tv and film.
Tall, dark and handsome.
3. John L Young-
He has the talent to do whatever he wants.
4. Daniel Reichard- He is a charming man and he can sing! He is also one of the funniest performers. I loved him in Forbidden Broadway. I can see him having his own sitcom. Everyone loves Daniel! HA!
5. Felicia P Fields told me she wanted to have her own talk show. I vote for her! (If Oprah is reading make this happen)
6. Barrett Foa- I would love to see him in a movie, tv show and whatever he wants to do. He has the talent and I adore him.

Agree with the above, especially Hugh and Norbert.
I'd also add Taye Diggs to the list. While his series attempt didn't do well, his guest shot on Will & Grace was great and he's giving it another shot in the upcoming season.

Corine, that is a great example. I love Craig Bierko. The guy who played Denny on Greay's Anatomy this season reminded me so much of him.
I hated Chenowth's sitcom and she has a really grating personality. She's too...whiny? Smarmy?
As far as John Lloyd Young ..... I'm not so sure. I think he's too small - literally - to carry a film or a series. I think he still needs to prove himself a bit. Yes, he's been given rave reviews for this peformance but I'd like to see him do more to see if this was just a fluke.
Psstttt...Ever Hook Up With a Broadway Actor/Actress

"JLY is 5'7". Tom Cruise is the same height. Height is completely not an issue in film and TV. Tell Al Pacino and Dustin Hoffman the same thing as well. "
JLY is hardly Pacino or Hoffman. Right now, he's just a guy with a great voice who did a good impression of someone else. There's really been no other examples of his "talent." (And I'm not saying he's not talented, I'm just saying that one great role doesn't mean the guy is the next Pacino.) I was never blown away by Hoffman's Capote or Foxx's Ray Charles, either. I prefer a performance where the actor created a character simply from the words in a script and his own choices.
Cruise has never done stage or tv and I don't think he'd do well at either. He's awful in interviews. Look at Julia Roberts in Three Days of Rain. Those are two personas that need film to push along their performances/personalities. In interviews and in print, they're both horrible bores.
Craig Bierko is a great example, as is Hugh Jackman. I like Idina, but she's more a singer than actress to me. She did a few episodes of Digg's Kevin Hill and I thought she fell flat.
I think what it takes to do all three extremely well is charisma. I don't think Idina is at all charismatic, nor do I see that in JLY. Domimick Cooper will be the next Jude Law, Bierko is extremely charming, Cerveris has something sexy-sinister about him that would work as well. Christian Hoff is also charismatic. Chenoweth is more energetic than charismatic but her voice just bugs me.
Streisand has it
Kathleen Turner had it and could get it back
Patricia Clarkson has it
Dominick Cooper Has it
Cerveris has it
Megan Mullally has it
Hugh Jackman has it
Patrick Wilson sort of has it but needs to dirty up a bit. Hard Candy was a good move for him.
Jude Law has done all three as well - Indiscretions in the early 90's, The West Enders soap drama thingy he did in London and his films.
Psstt...ever hook up with another actor?

Anybody notice a pattern in these threads? Any thread asking questions such as this one, or best dressed, best actor/actress, funniest, etc. A lot of people who have some sort of knowledge on only three shows answer every question listing the same actors from those three shows, because that's all they know. Which is sad, because they only have a pool of about 15 actors, and don't know how much other actors have to offer. I hope that made sense, I just had to get that off my chest. I've noticed it A LOT lately.

Joanna Gleason has been fairly successful in all 3, usually have smaller roles and guest spotis in movies and tv.

Hugh Laurie probably could be if he would do something on stage...
If Percy Blakeney were in Les Mis....
Percy: Sink me! If it isn't Javvurt!
Javert: Zsah-vair, it's pronounced Zsah-vair.
Pecry: But it's spelled J-A-V-E-R-T Javvurt.
Javert: Repeat after me Zsah...Zsah....
Percy: Oh! Zsa-Zsa! Like the Gabor sister! Well I personally have always prefered Eva.
Javert: (Looks for gun)
