Chicago, although the original opened when it was still the 46th Street Theatre.

And, not the same thing, but both the Tyne Daly and Patti LuPone Gypsys played the St. James.

When I see the phrase "the ____ estate", I imagine a vast mansion in the country full of monocled men and high-collared women receiving letters about productions across the country and doing spit-takes at whatever they contain. -Kad

The 2002 revival of I'm Not Rappaport had the same star (Judd Hirsch) as the original, in the same theater (Booth), and the same director (Daniel Sullivan) and much of the creative team.

A few that I can think of...

How to Succeed in 1961 and 1995 played the 46th Street/Richard Rodgers.

Revivals of Private Lives played the 46th Street/Richard Rodgers in 1975 and 2002.

The original Finian's Rainbow and the 1960 revival both played the 46th Street.

The original Cabaret opened at the Broadhurst and moved to the Imperial and the 1987 revival opened at the Imperial.

The 1980 and the 2002 Morning's at Seven both played the Lyceum.

The original 1935 Awake and Sing! and the 2006 revival both played the Belasco.

Like the St. James & Gypsy, the Lunt-Fontanne has housed two revivals of Hello, Dolly!

Streetcar at the Barrymore in 1947 and 1992.

And speaking of Private Lives, it also played the Broadhurst in 1970 (as a transfer) and in 1992.
