Next to Normal is the only real must-see on the list, in my opinion. Everyday Rapture is good fun if you enjoy Sherie Rene Scott.

Assuming that you haven't seen any of them, I'd definitely recommend Next to Normal. I'd also recommend Everyday Rapture and, if you already like Green Day's album, then you'd enjoy American Idiot also. I didn't like The Addams Family, though I'd never pass up a chance to see Nathan Lane on stage, and I absolutely abhorred Memphis. I would see pretty much anything that's playing now before I'd see Memphis.

It certainly depends on your tastes, but....

Next to Normal -- a must see
American Idiot -- meh, I wouldn't talk anyone OUT of going
Memphis -- seeing this in a few days, not expecting much
Everyday Rapture -- I was "entertained" at best
Addams Family -- haven't seen it, have no interest whatsoever

Once Marin joins Next To Normal, it's going to be my #1 must see show.

I've only seen Next to Normal and Adams Family, but from what I've seen and what my friend have told me, I can definatly say Next to Normal is the best out of all of them. However, you really need to be in the mood for it since it's definatly a very heavy and sad musical.

I've seen every show on the list, and my order of favorites from most to least is American Idiot, Everyday Rapture, Next to Normal, Memphis, Addams Family.

I understand many don't like American Idiot, but I really enjoyed it due to my love for Green Day. BB3, if you haven't seen Billy Elliot yet, I'd definitely check it out. My favorite thing currently playing. Also, Fela! is pretty wonderful

"Next to Normal" is worth seeing; it's downbeat though. "Memphis" is entertaining enough. I can't recommend the other three.

I would say a definite yes to American Idiot, Everyday Rapture and Next to Normal. A yes as well to Memphis, even though I think overall it is mediocre (there is still much to admire, especially two charismatic performances) and a big big NO NO NO to Adams Family.

Next to Normal- see before july 18th!!!!
American Idiot (haven't seen it)
Memphis- see it. it really isnt bad!
Everyday Rapture (haven't seen it)
Addams Family- you'll have fun

I'd definitely see "The Addams Family." It's a fun story, and the music is pleasant. Also, Nathan Lane and Bebe Neuwirth are hysterical.
