Hmm...
Audrey II, Mrs. Lovett, Tracy Turnblad, Rafiki, Ursula, The Witch (Into the Woods), The Drowsy Chaperone, Mama Rose, Edith Bouvier-Beale/"Little" Edie Beale, the list goes on and on.
Don't get me STARTED on the roles I'd play if I were a man.

My ultimate dream roles are:
Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde in Jekyll and Hyde
Leo Frank in Parade
Harold Hill in The Music Man
And I have to wait at least ten more years before I can play any of them lol.
As for more age appropriate roles, I would love to play Peter in Bare and the title role in Pippin.

<--- the set of A Midsummer Night's Dream that I was assistant stage manager for during the 2007 season at the STNJ outdoor stage.
-Dre- You must remember all the same that at the crux of every game is knowing when it's time to leave the table... And it's important to be artful in your exit. No turning back, you must accept the con is done... It was a ball, it was a blast. And it's a shame it couldn't last. But every chapter has to end, you must agree.

There's a special kind of people known as show people. We live in a world full of dreams. Sometimes we're not too certain what's false and what's real. But we're seldom in doubt about what we feel.
~Curtains~
It is a far, far better thing I do, than I have ever done; it is a far, far better rest I go to, than I have ever known.

I'd make an awesome Eva in Evita. All I need are some boobs and a vagina.

"You have two kinds of shows on Broadway – revivals and the same kind of musicals over and over again, all spectacles. You get your tickets for The Lion King a year in advance, and essentially a family... pass on to their children the idea that that's what the theater is – a spectacular musical you see once a year, a stage version of a movie. It has nothing to do with theater at all. It has to do with seeing what is familiar.... I don't think the theatre will die per se, but it's never going to be what it was.... It's a tourist attraction." Stephen Sondheim

Most of the roles that really intrigue me are men... like Amadeus and Sir Percy Blakeney. And I'd kill to play Edna Turnblad, BUT that's never played by a real girl. And I'd love to be Rafiki in the Lion King, but I'm white. So I guess I'll stick with:
Mrs Lovett in Sweeney Todd
Madame Thenardier in Les Miserables
Eulalie McKechnie Shinn in The Music Man
Charlotte in A Little Night Music (or ANY role in that show)
The Witch in Into the Woods (or anything really)
I wish I could be Jo in Little Women, but I can't sing well enough and I don't look the part. I've also always wanted to be in the ensemble of Beauty and the Beast, maybe a spatula or something!
